EnerNOC to Announce Second Quarter 2008 Financial Results on August 7, 2008

BOSTON, MA, July 29, 2008 - EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC), a leading developer and provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, announced today that it will hold its quarterly results conference call for investors and analysts on Thursday, August 7, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time.  The Company’s financial results announcement is scheduled for release the same day after market close at approximately 4:05 p.m. Eastern time.  EnerNOC’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Tim Healy, President David Brewster, and Chief Financial Officer Neal Isaacson will host the conference call.
