EnerNOC Adds Key Resource to Lead Utility Sales Team

BOSTON, MA, September 4, 2007 – EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC), a leading provider of clean and intelligent energy solutions, announced today the addition of Lance Charlish as vice president of utility sales.

Mr. Charlish joins EnerNOC from SAP, the world’s largest business software company, where in 2006 he was recognized as the top performer against quota of any VP in SAP Americas. In his role as vice president – utilities west, Mr. Charlish managed a highly productive sales organization that delivered market-leading growth in license revenues. Prior to joining SAP, Mr. Charlish founded the U.S. operations of Peace Software, a utility CIS software developer, and served as the company’s senior vice president of sales.

Mr. Charlish assumes leadership of EnerNOC’s utility sales team that has built significant momentum this year. Utilities that have already signed demand response agreements with EnerNOC in 2007 include Public Service Company of New Mexico, Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas and Electric, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
