BOSTON, MA – EnerNOC, Inc. announced yesterday that it filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The shares will be sold by EnerNOC and certain selling stockholders.
The underwriters for the offering are led by Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated as joint book-running managers, with Canaccord Adams Inc., and Jefferies & Company, Inc. acting as co-managers. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus.
