SAN FRANCISCO, CA – EnerNOC, Inc., the leading provider

Provider in California, today announced that it has been
selected as a preferred supplier of demand response audit
services for Southern California Edison (SCE).
Under the terms Southern California Edison's Technical
Assistance and Technology Incentives (TA&TI) Program,
EnerNOC will provide engineering and technical services
in evaluating commercial and industrial customer capabilities
to participate in demand response. EnerNOC's experienced
energy audit team will provide facility assessments of
demand response potential, technical audits, and engineering
reports and analyses.
Funded through SCE's TA&TI program, the facility assessments
and technical audits are designed to provide customers with
a detailed evaluation of energy use and a customized plan for
implementation of demand response. EnerNOC will also evaluate
for customers the cost reimbursements that are available to
reduce the expense of installing technology that will help
them to more effectively participate in demand response programs.

In addition to funding the initial technical analyses
conducted by EnerNOC, Southern California Edison also offers
its customers financial incentives based on verified load reduction.
The electrical load reduction, or capacity, that these customers
provide is used by Southern California Edison to ensure a reliable
supply of electricity during emergency periods when demand or prices
are exceptionally high or unforeseen constraints occur on the grid.
EnerNOC is also certified by the California Energy Commission as a
Technical Assistance Partner for providing demand response audits
within SCE, San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E), and Pacific Gas & Electric
(PG&E) service territories.
