BOSTON, MA – EnerNOC, Inc., the leading provider of

today announced it has made a key addition to its executive team
with the appointment of Neal C. Isaacson as Vice President of Finance.
Mr. Isaacson is a veteran finance professional with more than
twenty years of experience in strategic financial planning, global
cash management, and debt and equity financings. He most recently
served as the Acting CFO of Intrusic, a venture-funded security
technology firm in the greater Boston area. Prior to Intrusic, as
CFO of Ucentric Systems, Mr. Isaacson guided the company through
its start-up and operational phases of commercial deployment and
helped position the company for rapid growth.
EnerNOC's CEO Tim Healy remarked, "Neal's experience in
providing strategic financial direction, execution, and focus for

Prior to Ucentric Systems, Mr. Isaacson was the founder, CFO, and
director of Cignal Global Communications, an international data and
telecommunications company. During his tenure he helped lead the company
through impressive growth from pre-revenue to a company with operations
in seventeen countries and revenues in excess of $63 million dollars.
Mr. Isaacson will join a leadership team with over 100 years of
combined experience in all aspects of energy management and embedded systems
technology. "We carefully recruited someone that would fit perfectly
