EnerNOC, Inc. is proud to announce the acquisition of MDEnergy, an independent energy manager based in Stamford, CT that specializes in reducing energy costs for commercial, institutional, and industrial businesses and organizations in restructured, deregulated markets. MDEnergy’s current customer base spans Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, and District of Columbia.

MDEnergy adds substantial energy procurement expertise, technology, and customer and supplier relationships to EnerNOC. The acquisition also increases EnerNOC’s demand under management.
