  • Tim Healy Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Co-Founder

    As CEO, Chairman, and Co-Founder of EnerNOC, Tim has guided the company's strategic course since its inception in 2001. Under Tim's leadership, EnerNOC has experienced exponential growth in size, capacity, and revenue. EnerNOC also expanded into new markets across the United States and diversified its solutions portfolio from demand response to other energy management solutions including energy efficiency and energy procurement services. In 2007, he led EnerNOC's initial public offering, which was named IPO of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth Boston and Mass High Tech magazine, and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in New England. Today, EnerNOC is a premier full-service energy management provider with unparalleled performance and services.

    Prior to EnerNOC, Tim worked in the Energy Technology Laboratory for Northern Power Systems, Inc., a firm that has integrated over 800 distributed power systems and related equipment for customers throughout the world. Tim also held positions with Merrill Lynch, International Fuel Cells (now UTC Fuel Cells), and Commonwealth Capital Ventures, an early stage technology venture capital firm in Wellesley, MA, and co-founded Student Advantage, which went public in 1999.

    Tim graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

  • David Brewster President and Co-Founder

    David co-founded EnerNOC in 2001. As the company's President, he oversees the organization's Marketing and Regulatory Affairs teams. David has taken an active role in helping to shape demand response markets and pioneered efforts to make customer participation in these markets more simple and effective through the use of improved data communications and automation technologies.

    Prior to EnerNOC, David worked at Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ:BCON), a manufacturer of energy storage and power conversion technologies for the renewable energy and distributed generation markets. David also evaluated emerging energy technologies for Winslow Management Company, an environmentally-focused investment management firm, and developed corporate strategies for SolarBank, a global capital fund for the financing of solar energy systems.

    David holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Wesleyan University, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

  • David Samuels Executive Vice President

    As Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, David leads EnerNOC's strategic corporate development function including mergers and acquisitions. David also serves as EnerNOC's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and oversees human resources.

    David brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial, operating, and senior management experience to EnerNOC at both private and public companies. Most recently, David was Executive Vice President of Guardent, a company he co-founded in 2000. In 2002, he was honored as Ernst & Young's New England Entrepreneur of the Year, and two years later, Guardent was acquired by VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) for over $140 million. Prior to co-founding Guardent, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at i-Cube (Massachusetts IPO of the Year 1998) and played a key role in its $1.8 billion merger with Razorfish. David began his legal career as an attorney at Testa, Hurwitz, and Thibeault.

    David received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.

  • Gregg Dixon Senior Vice President of Sales & Business Development

    Gregg leads EnerNOC's sales and business development efforts worldwide to both utility and end-use customers.

    Prior to joining EnerNOC, Gregg was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Hess Microgen, the leading provider of commercial onsite cogeneration systems and services in the United States. As a highly recognized expert in distributed generation, Gregg pioneered efforts to bring more than 100 cogeneration systems to leading grocery, hospitality, commercial property, and manufacturing customers and developed Hess Microgen's Internet-based monitoring system, CONIFER. Gregg was also Partner at Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised global Fortune 1000 technology, consumer products, and energy clients on customer and product strategy, economic choice analysis, and new business model development.

    Gregg graduated from Boston College with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science and he is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, and Certified Sustainable Development Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers.

  • Neal Isaacson Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Neal is a financial industry veteran, with more than 20 years of experience in strategic financial planning, global cash management, and debt and equity financings—and is well-versed in the high growth, fast paced environment of early-stage venture backed companies.

    Prior to joining EnerNOC, Neal provided financial guidance and direction at Intrusic, Inc., where he helped secure early-stage funding. Prior to Intrusic, he was CFO of Ucentric Systems, where he helped position the company for acquisition. In addition, Neal was the founder, CFO, and director of Cignal Global Communications, Inc., where he helped guide the company from its pre-revenue stage to a company with operations in seventeen countries and revenues in excess of $63 million prior to its acquisition.

    Neal has a degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.

  • Darren Brady Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

    As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Darren manages EnerNOC's Operations, Engineering, and Information Technology teams, and supports the company's continued efforts to expand into new markets. He has deep experience in customer service, advanced metering infrastructure, and energy efficiency solutions in the utility industry.

    Prior to joining EnerNOC, Darren served as Senior Vice President of Customer Service and Information Technology and Chief Information Officer at Washington-based Puget Sound Energy, a subsidiary of Puget Energy (NYSE: PSD). Darren has also held senior and executive management positions with a focus on customer service operations, business development, and corporate finance at Irvine Associates Merchant Banking Group, Orcom Solutions, PacifiCorp Financial Services, Citibank, and Kidder, Peabody & Co.

    Darren received a bachelor's degree from Brown University and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

  • Terry Sick Vice President of Product Development & Engineering

    Terry brings more than 20 years of experience in information systems, energy management, marketing, and strategic planning to EnerNOC. As Vice President of Product Development and Engineering, Terry leads the continued development of PowerTrak®, EnerNOC's proprietary energy management platform.

    Before joining EnerNOC, Terry was President, CEO, and Founder of eBidenergy, Inc., a company that integrated real-time metering, monitoring, and control-systems to bring value-added online energy procurement, data acquisition, and data analysis services to its customers. Prior to founding eBidenergy, Terry worked as an independent utility consultant to Rochester Gas and Electric, Xerox Corporation, Central Vermont Public Service, Atlantic Electric, and The Public Service Company of Indiana.

    Terry has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology and is a Certified Energy Manager.
