Tim Healy
Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Co-Founder
Tim co-founded EnerNOC in 2001 and serves as its Chairman and CEO. In 2007, he led EnerNOC's initial public offering, which was named IPO of the Year by the Association for Corporate Growth Boston and Mass High Tech magazine, and received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in New England. Today, EnerNOC is one of the world's largest full-service energy management providers with over 600 employees and operations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to EnerNOC, Tim worked in the Energy Technology Laboratory for Northern Power Systems, Inc., and held positions with Merrill Lynch, International Fuel Cells (now UTC Fuel Cells), and the venture capital firm Commonwealth Capital Ventures. Tim also co-founded Student Advantage, a Boston-based affinity marketing company that went public in 1999.
Tim currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Advanced Energy Economy (AEE) Network, the Massachusetts High Technology Council, and the New England Clean Energy Council, and serves on TechNet's Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees for the New England Aquarium. Tim is an advisor to several area startups and coaches youth soccer.
Tim graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

David Brewster
President and Co-Founder
As President and Co-Founder of EnerNOC, David has guided the company's execution since its inception in 2001. With a primary focus on market development, inclusive of regulatory and government affairs, utility solutions, and international development, David has taken an active role in helping to shape domestic and international demand-side markets. David has pioneered efforts to make customer participation in these markets more effective through improved market rules and technologies. He regularly represents EnerNOC at public utility commissions and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, among other forums.
Prior to EnerNOC, David worked at Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ: BCON), a developer of flywheel-based energy storage solutions for grid-scale frequency regulation services and other applications. David also held positions at Winslow Management Company, an environmentally-focused investment management firm, and SolarBank, an innovative global capital fund for solar energy systems.
David currently serves on the boards of EnergyHub and Duke University's Nicholas School of the Environment. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Wesleyan University, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

David Samuels
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary, David leads EnerNOC's strategic corporate development function including mergers and acquisitions. David also serves as EnerNOC's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and oversees human resources.
David brings over twenty years of entrepreneurial, operating, and senior management experience to EnerNOC at both private and public companies. Most recently, David was Executive Vice President of Guardent, a company he co-founded in 2000. In 2002, he was honored as Ernst & Young's New England Entrepreneur of the Year, and two years later, Guardent was acquired by VeriSign (NASDAQ: VRSN) for over $140 million. Prior to co-founding Guardent, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Affairs at i-Cube (Massachusetts IPO of the Year 1998) and played a key role in its $1.8 billion merger with Razorfish. David began his legal career as an attorney at Testa, Hurwitz, and Thibeault.
David received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.

Gregg Dixon
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales
Gregg Dixon has led various sales, marketing, and business development efforts at EnerNOC and currently leads marketing and sales efforts worldwide to end-use customers. Gregg is primarily responsible for leading the formulation of EnerNOC's go-to-market strategy and product roadmap, the execution of marketing mechanisms that accelerate profitable sales growth and brand recognition through creative and customer-driven insights, and the development of a world-class sales organization.
Prior to joining EnerNOC, Gregg was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Hess Microgen, the leading provider of commercial on-site co-generation systems and services in the United States. As a highly recognized expert in distributed generation, Gregg pioneered efforts to bring more than 100 co-generation systems to leading grocery, hospitality, commercial property, and manufacturing customers and developed Hess Microgen's Internet-based monitoring system, CONIFER. Gregg was also Partner at Mercer Management Consulting, where he advised global Fortune 1000 technology, consumer products, and energy clients on customer and product strategy, economic choice analysis, and new business model development.
Gregg graduated from Boston College with bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Computer Science and he is a Certified Energy Manager, Certified Demand Side Management Professional, and Certified Sustainable Development Professional with the Association of Energy Engineers. Gregg was also voted one of Boston's "40 Under 40" by Boston Business Journal as recognition for having established himself as a leader to be watched in the field of energy.

Timothy Weller
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Tim is responsible for managing EnerNOC's operations related to finance, accounting, treasury and investor relations. Tim leverages his experience and track record as a successful CFO as well as front-line Wall Street experience to help EnerNOC continue to provide value for its customers and build on its market leadership position.
Tim served as the first Chief Financial Officer at Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), a managed services company that powers rich media, dynamic transactions, and enterprise applications online. He was also the Telecommunication Services equity research analyst at the investment banking firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Most recently, he has been an angel investor and advisor to many technology companies.
Tim has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.

Hugh Scandrett
Vice President of Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Hugh brings nearly 30 years of experience in the enterprise software and telecommunications industries to the development of EnerNOC's energy management platform. He has previously held leadership positions with Kronos, Inc., Ounce Labs, IBM Rational, DSC Communications, and Nortel, where he helped drive substantial increases in market share, new channel development, and several highly successful product releases. Prior to joining EnerNOC, Hugh served as Vice President of Engineering for Kronos Inc., a Massachusetts-based workforce management solutions firm, where he led a global application development team of 425 engineers based in three countries. Under his leadership, the firm launched a next-generation user interface as well as mobile applications for its workforce management suite.
Hugh is also the former President and CEO of Ounce Labs, where he managed the privately held software company's broad-based strategy and achieved 400 percent customer growth before Ounce was purchased by IBM Rational in 2009. From 2003-2005, Hugh had served as Vice President of Product Development at IBM Rational, and he has also held software management and engineering leadership roles at Rational Software, DSC Communications and Nortel. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Western Ontario.
