Internally, EnerNOC has launched several environmentally focused initiatives, including our Green-Green Program, which provides incentives for employees to implement energy efficiency measures in their homes, and our Hybrid Vehicle Incentive Program. In addition, we also have become carbon neutral as an organization.
EnerNOC's Green-Green Program helps employees minimize their personal impact on the environment by encouraging commitment to energy efficiency. The tiered program rewards completed home energy efficiency upgrades such as replacing inefficient appliances with ENERGY STAR-labeled substitutes, environmentally-friendly commuting, and support of others to achieve greater energy efficiency.
The many employees taking advantage of this program are not only reducing their personal carbon footprints, but also lowering their energy bills and making their homes more comfortable places to live.
