Tim Healy Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Co-Founder, EnerNOC Inc.
As CEO, Chairman, and Co-Founder of EnerNOC, Tim has guided the company's strategic course since its inception in 2001. Under Tim's leadership, EnerNOC has experienced exponential growth in size, capacity, and revenue. EnerNOC also expanded into new markets across the United States and diversified its solutions portfolio from demand response to other energy management solutions including energy efficiency and energy procurement services. Today, EnerNOC is a premiere full-service energy management provider with unparalleled performance and services.
Prior to EnerNOC, Tim worked in the Energy Technology Laboratory for Northern Power Systems, Inc., a firm that has integrated over 800 distributed power systems and related equipment for customers throughout the world. Tim also held positions with Merrill Lynch, International Fuel Cells (now UTC Fuel Cells), and Commonwealth Capital Ventures, an early stage technology venture capital firm in Wellesley, MA, and co-founded Student Advantage, which went public in 1999.
Tim graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

David Brewster President and Co-Founder, EnerNOC Inc.
David co-founded EnerNOC in 2001. As the company's President, he oversees the organization's Marketing and Regulatory Affairs teams. David has taken an active role in helping to shape demand response markets and pioneered efforts to make customer participation in these markets more simple and effective through the use of improved data communications and automation technologies.
Prior to EnerNOC, David worked at Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ:BCON), a manufacturer of energy storage and power conversion technologies for the renewable energy and distributed generation markets. David also evaluated emerging energy technologies for Winslow Management Company, an environmentally-focused investment management firm, and developed corporate strategies for SolarBank, a global capital fund for the financing of solar energy systems.
David holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Wesleyan University, a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Arthur Coviello, Executive Vice President, EMC Corporation (NYSE:EMC) and President, RSA, the Security Division of EMC, serves on EnerNOC's Board of Directors and is a member of the Company's Audit Committee.

Richard Dieter Board Member, PICIS, Inc
Richard Dieter serves on the EnerNOC Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Audit Committee, and serves on the Compensation Committee. He is a retired Accounting and Audit Partner, Arthur Andersen; a former member of AICPA Auditing Standards Board; and the Former Chairman of the AICPA-SEC International Task Force. He received his M.S. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and his B.S. from Boston University.

TJ Glauthier President, TJG Associates, LLC
TJ Glauthier serves on the EnerNOC Board of Directors, is the Chairman of both the Company's Nominating and Governance Committee and its Compensation Committee, and serves on the Audit Committee. Previously he has served as CEO and President of the Electricity Innovation Institute and as the Deputy Secretary and COO of the U.S. Department of Energy. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.A. from Claremont McKenna College.

James Turner President and COO, U.S. Franchised Electric and Gas for Duke Energy Corporation
James Turner is president and chief operating officer of U.S. Franchised Electric and Gas for Duke Energy Corporation. Mr. Turner serves on EnerNOC's Board of Directors, and the Company's Nominating and Governance Committee. Turner received a bachelor of science degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Ind., and a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School; the Leadership at the Peak Program at the Center for Creative Leadership; and the Reactor Technology Course for Utility Executives at MIT.

Susan F. Tierney Managing Principal, Analysis Group
Dr. Tierney has served as a Managing Principal since July 2003 at Analysis Group in Boston, an economic, financial, and business strategy consulting group, where she specializes in economics, regulation, and policy in the electric and gas industries. Her background includes extensive experience in market analysis, transmission policy, energy facility siting, utility ratemaking, energy efficiency, renewables, and climate policy. Dr. Tierney previously served as Assistant Secretary for Policy at the U.S. Department of Energy, as well as Massachusetts Secretary of Environmental Affairs, Commissioner at the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities, and executive director of the Massachusetts Energy Facilities Siting Council. In 2008-2009, Dr. Tierney co-chaired the DOE Agency Review Team for the Obama Presidential Transition Team. Currently, she serves on the board of directors of Evergreen Solar, Inc. and Ze-gen, Inc., as well as on the board of directors of the World Resources Institute, the Clean Air Task Force, and Clean Air – Cool Planet. Dr. Tierney also co-chairs the National Commission on Energy Policy, chairs the board of the Energy Foundation, and chairs the Advisory Council of the National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
